The Des Moines Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will host the Citizen Transportation Congress (Congress) to provide citizens background information on the MPO and to educate citizens about current MPO activities. The MPO will host two meetings on May 11, 2010. The meetings will begin at 12:00 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m. at the Central Library - 1000 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa.
