The Des Moines Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (DMAMPO) will host the semi-annual Citizen Transportation Congress to discuss the update to the long-range transportation plan and other transportation issues. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 5, 2008, in the Roosevelt High School Library, 4419 Center Street, Des Moines, IA.
