The ISU Design West development was selected to receive the award for Best Renovated Commercial/Civic Development due to their distinguished demonstration that reuse can be cost effective and produce a unique and creative development. The remarkable transformation of this building should be a catalyst for redevelopment and reinvestment in the downtown area.
