1000 Friends of Iowa is pleased to give RDG Planning & Design one of our 2008 Best Development Awards under the category of Best New Commercial/Civic Development for the Marion Arts and Environmental Center at Lowe Park, in Marion, Iowa.

The Marion Arts and Environmental Center development was selected to receive the award for Best New Commercial/Civic Development due to the extensive public involvement with the project and the humble aesthetic integration into the landscape and surrounding community.
