New Commercial/Civic: Marshalltown Public Library, Marshalltown

1000 Friends of Iowa is pleased to give Marshalltown Public Library our 2009 Best Development Awards under the category of Best New Commercial Development for the Marshalltown Public Library, in Marshalltown, Iowa.  

The Marshalltown Public Library was selected to receive the award for Best New Commercial/Civic Development due to the Library’s commitment to staying in the city center, creating urban open space, and developing the first Iowa LEED Certified Public Library.
