Page 4 of 6 Renovated Residential: Westfield Avenue Lofts, Waterloo 1000 Friends of Iowa is pleased to give NCN Limited Company, L.L.C. our 2009 Best Development Awards under the category of Best Renovated Residential Development for the Westfield Lofts, in Waterloo, Iowa. The Westfield Lofts development was selected to receive the award for Best Renovated Residential Development because it is the first historical residential renovation project in downtown Waterloo and is a spark that will hope to encourage future revitalization for the downtown area.
