Area-Wide Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) Transportation Plan

The JARC Transportation Plan identifies opportunities to provide transportation services to welfare recipients and low income individuals so they may access employment opportunities.

Des Moines Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) staff and Des Moines Metropolitan Transit Authority staff will be present with plans and information to discuss and to respond to questions. You are encouraged to attend the meeting to express your views and ask questions about the proposed plan.
